About Me
Hi, I’m Zahava, the reader behind The Midnight Nook.
I started my reading journey a little over a year ago, and somehow, in that short amount of time, books have completely taken over my life. What started as picking up a few romance books quickly turned into collecting paperbacks, filling my Kindle, listening to audiobooks, and constantly adding new titles to my TBR.
So far, I’ve read over 30 books, and I’m only getting started.
I’m especially drawn to romance, dark romance, and fantasy. Give me morally gray characters, emotional damage, complicated love stories, found family, or a fictional man who has no business being that attractive, and I’m probably going to read it.
The Midnight Nook started as a way for me to share that love of reading with other people who get it. This is my little space for talking about the books I love, the stories that wrecked me, cozy bookish finds, recommendations, and everything in between.
But reading is not the only part of my story.
As much as I love getting lost in someone else’s words, I’ve also started creating stories of my own. I’m currently working toward publishing my own writing in the near future, which is both exciting and terrifying in the best possible way. Books gave me a place to escape, and now I hope to eventually create stories that make someone else feel that same kind of connection.
Whether you are here for the dark romance recommendations, the fantasy obsession, the bookish products, or to follow along as I begin my writing journey, I’m so happy you found your way here.
Welcome to The Midnight Nook, where the stories are dramatic, the fictional men are questionable, and the TBR is always growing.
Stay cozy,
Zahava
